Hi Sir, A New wooden Cot and Metal Bero transported from Kumbakonam to Chennai on Nov 08, 2021 by AKR Express pvt ltd. Condition of Bero is damaged. Its Rear legs and back frame has been collapsed. I informed to the respective parcel agent regarding this damage. But they are not taking the responsibility and while trying to reach customer care, they are not attending the call. Request you to consider this issue and take action. I am sharing Bill details. Jul 22, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Company has responded for my issues. I have repaired bero on my own. They are shared half of the repair charge. Rs.1000 AKR Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
