Akshara International School — Taking high fee from parents and collecting transaction charges from parents

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am a parent who joined my children in Akshara International School, AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad 500062.

This year the schools have increased FEE from last year to 30 to 35%, right now we are paying 95k plus to the school for Grade-II.

So many parents left the school because of bad management and the FEE hike.

Even after the FEE hike, our children continue the same school but the problem is they are not allowing anyone to pay the FEE in multiple terms and only the entire FEE needs to be paid within 3 terms.

We requested monthly pay as I have 2 kids but they are not accepting and If we don't pay the full payment then they are charging Rs.1000 as late FEE.

So due to lack of funds, I thought of paying it using credit card but they are taking the transaction changes from my pocket only, but as per the rules the business has to pay the transaction FEE.
