A very big bad experience of Job Interview - Give the value to the skills not the reffered person..!!!

They took a whole day there. They were like just doing time pass with candidates. They dont give value to other's time. They were like, go and wait there. Every round takes 1 hour waiting to go. Only referred candidates can got job there. People at Agloworks are like they were walking in garden.

Algoworks is not for hard working people. It is only for those who are known to HR's or Emplyees or whatever.

5 Rounds were there, aptitude was good. Then 3 technical rounds, 1 puzzle round. The puzzle they asked, they even dont know what is the meaning of that. Just doing time pass or nothing with the job seekers.

At the end they said, will call if you will be selected or not. Finally waste a full day at Algoworks.

Algoworks — fake employer

Algoworks is a fake company...have hire and fire policy..never join this company, even if you're dying to get a job. Directors are partial in giving appraisal and even appreciation. They've no project and it is stopped now!!!

Don't go there. Its a waste of time because they only ask puzzles whether you apply for any position. What the hec i mean a technical person should be asked 1 or 2 puzzles not at least 6-7 puzzles that too time consuming.

Try other companies folks!
