A 61/B 4, Spring Meadows Business Park Sector 63, Noida - 201307 From pissedconsumer: At the time of joining of the candidate, they say that you need to serve one month notice but they fire the employee without compensating for the notice period after that they don't want to see that same employee for a one second even. They told to their senior to inform him to leave the company at all. They hire for the software engineer profile but they keep you work for admin role. They always give prefrence to their refreered employees.They do salary appraisal on the basis o[censored]nfair practice and didn't give the salary for the last month. Was this information helpful? Verified Support Aug 19, 2014 Algoworks Customer Care's response This is wrong complaint and we would like to see what is the reason why the person is saying he was not paid for the notice period. We are sure anyone who has left Algoworks would have been paid last month salary. No-one would hire someone for an Engineers job and ask him to do Admin job. Admin's are available at a very low price than Engineers, this is absolutely wierd. Unfair practice in appraisal is something that is too open, you will have to tell how we were unfair and we will give our logic. In Algoworks you always have the option to talk to the management if you are unsatisfied, we are not a closed company.
