I am writing to file a complaint against Allen Career Institute Lajpat Nagar Centre for their unfair refund policy and denial of refund for my child, Tapas Aggarwal (Student ID: [protected]).

We paid ₹1, 14, 600/- for the 1-year course, but due to Medical reasons, Tapas had to discontinue his enrollment. Despite our request, the institute has refused to refund the remaining amount of ₹50, 000/-, citing their refund policy.br...

Since many days I am facing problem with recorded classes. The class recording from 22nd of August are not working whereas all recordings before 22nd August are functioning properly. when i try playing the video I can just see a black screen with an inverted robot like figure on the top left corner of the scree. I raised the issue to the technical support and even called the customer care but I didn't get any positive...
