Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
Since many days I am facing problem with recorded classes. The class recording from 22nd of August are not working whereas all recordings before 22nd August are functioning properly. when i try playing the video I can just see a black screen with an inverted robot like figure on the top left corner of the scree. I raised the issue to the technical support and even called the customer care but I didn't get any positive response.
On 26th august I called on the customer care no. and I was assured that the problem will resolve within 8 hours. Its’ been more than3 days problems not resolved yet. I am using a tablet. Every time I was told to check internet connection, or clear cache or other things but nothing working. To check if the problem is in my tablet, I even tried opening those videos from other devices but it didn’t work so I am sure that the problem is from your end.
I humbly request you to give me some solution as soon as possible as I am facing many difficulty in covering my missed classes. If I do not get the solution soon I will be bound to give bad rating to the app.
