My flight from Hyderabad to Bangalore on the 18th june 2024 was cancelled by the airlines. Had booked my tickets through Amazon pay app and have even submitted a refund request with the travel portal and the airlines too. The response i recieved was that the refund would be done by 5to7 working days .The flight was cancelled by the airlines and not by me . Flight number 9I518.pnr number is 2QB33T.can you please refund my amount back.
