I purchased an amazefit band 7 from the company’s website on 17/02/23. Payment got deducted twice as their was some issue with the website, it was hanging after payment and order was not placed the first time. After that the ordeal started as the company has a shocking and horrible customer care team, which does not respond to calls and mails. After multiple attempts, the customer care agent verified and approved that extra payment has been made and refund shall be issued to your mode of payment. But, even after 10 days no refund has been received, no communication in this regard has been received as well and now they are not responding to any calls or mails. Most probably they block the numbers of aggrieved customers. This is fraudulent behaviour and I am feeling cheated.
