I have purchased watch on 21st Feb 2024 and I received tis on 24th FEB. After opening the box watch was not powering on. Received new watch was faulty. After connecting with customer support I was sent watch to service centre. Now today i have received the watch (after 23 days). I have opened the box and found lots of spots and dust on this watch which means i have received refurbished watch. Customer support experience is very bad. They are not responding at all.
