I purchased a watch last year in November and it had battery draining issues plus tracking was incorrect so I returned it in may and they fixed and sent it back. Watch that I received was further broken and since July 1st week I have been asking them to pick up the watch. Finally they did in sept second week by lying multiple time and not replying properly. Now they haven’t sent a replacement yet and I asked for extended warranty since I never had a functioning watch but they are not giving that for more than 3 months and they take more than 3 months to pick up the watch even Was this information helpful? |
