Amazon.com — In-ear Headphones Product not delivered

I have ordered NuForce NE-600X Red High-efficiency In-ear Headphones from amazon.com sold by Optoma Technology, INC on October 18, 2014 but the product is not delivered yet.

courier: USPS

Upon asking the Amazon, status was given as customs has been cleared but product not delivered.

I have been informed that claim has been filed but there is no response from USPS .
CLAIM number is OL3113560.

There is no further communication on this.
