Dear Team,
On June 30, 2015 I have received a message on my mobile that Rs.- 3811.09 has been deducted from my account on behalf of Amazon Cloud Services.
After some time on same date I also received a Invoice from Amazon.com of $59.99 for amazon cloud services. Copy of the same attached.
But when I saw my Billing information and my Dabit Card details in invoice, I was shocked, Because the information was same as in my amazon.in(Amazon India ) profile account that i have updated on amazon.in(Amazon India ) for buy things, Screenshot of the same also attached.
Then I called to amazon.in (Amazon India) @[protected] ask for support regarding the same issue. But they told that we don't share customer information,
with other but what about their sister company. then they give me No. of amazon.com [protected], but this number is unreachable from my end.
And my hand are blocked, No one help me.
Then again do some investigation and found that if i am creating account on amazon.in, I am also able to do login at amazon.com from same UserId and Password.
And amazon.in (Amazon India) Customer support saying that we wont share any information with any one.
On other hand HDFC bank saying that their online transaction on Dabit Card are secure and need customer authentication with OTP or secure Password, then how should HDFC allowing amazon to deducted my money from Debit Card Without my consent.
My money was deducted amazon.in sharing customer information to their sister company, HDFC Debit Card transaction are also not secure,
I don't understand that what i do with these companies,
Then my friend told me that contact with CNBC Pehredar team they will help you.
So please help me in this regards,
