[Resolved]  Amazon.in — apple iphone 4s 8gb item. i paid for 17945 but i received empty package

i paid 17945 by cash on delivery but i received no item empty box only having adapter and headphones. i contacteduthem they said we initiated a refund for this and i received a confirmation mail regarding this issue. but the refund crossed the due date and there is no response from that company kindly please help me to get back my money
