I placed order for 2 kurtas & 1 kids T shirt on 6th May 2015, its already 17th May but the products are not delivered. When the courier person (bluedart) came he had only 2 items mentioned in slip instead of 3 but since it was cash on delivery he asked to pay for entire amount.. Since im working, i asked my mother to stay back at home and receive the order but the courier person was v rude with my old mother... I immediately called Amazon and complained about this..They ssid they will tske my compliant and ensure all three products are delivered soon...For next 2-3 days i kept on calling Amazon and following up about the order as its my birthday and i had ordered the products for the special day... Customer care executive called me on 16_th and acknowledged that 1 of the item is missing i.e kids t shirt. The solution that they provided me was pay entire amount for 3 products and then they would return me the money for kids t shirt...this is not acceptable as i promised my 3 yr old son about t shirt. Amozon asked me to pay more money for t shirt as i ordered during sale and then again i need to wait for refund of remaining amount... This is tooooo much of mental pressure instead of happiness on birthday i only received dissapointment on my special day...Hope Amazon takes some action against this.
