Consumers needs to be made aware about dangers of buying from online platforms like Amazon as they are encouraging fake and fraud sellers to sell fake items or even no item after consumer pay and order those items on amazon platform. Also, as an added encouragement to such sellers and to suppress the voice of affected customers and to target more innocent buyers, amazon is adopting the strategy to suppress affected consumers feedback on the products and sellers due to which the consumer was robbed of his money and time. This thing happened to me multiple time while purchasing from amazon platform and the amazon admins were quick to suppress my concerns and a warning sign for fellow customers to beware of such products and sellers, so as to aid those guilty sellers and bad product.
1) PRODUCT: Lupen flower seeds, order date: 30 sept 2020, order:[protected], Rs 115 . Seller sent common lettuce seeds instead of costly lupen flower seeds ordered and purchased . Concern raised and feedback was suppressed by amazon admins for the reasons they can only understand.
2) redgear pro wireless game pad, ordered on: 23 july2020, order:[protected], rs 1199, purchased on special offer days on amazon, seller: mundrika ray . This product never reached me and the seller provided fake courier details and when all this was pointed out to amazon customer care, they tried to hush hush the matter and delayed the refund for too much long . When feedback was submitted for the said concerns, it was hurriedly suppressed and deleted by amazon and no reason given by shameless amazon.
There are other such instances too with my purchases from amazon but amazon, instead of tackling the issue and aiding the affected consumer, who provides their bread and butter, resort to autocratic ruler type suppressing of views and thus encouraging frauds to customers and this should be stopped, ASAP.
