I ordered a new Panasonic TV from Amazon India on "11.12.2023"
and got it delivered on "13.12.2023"
Upon receiving found out that the TV display was not working properly and image was distorted.
I created a return for the same on "14.12.2023" but the service personal said it is marked for him as "service-only" and not a return.
I filed for a return again on "17.12.2023" but the same response from the service personal that it is marked for "service-only" and not a return. They asked me to wait for 8 more days and file for another return, which is clearly and intentionally done to have my order cross the return-window policy of Amazon.in.
Please help me. I want to return the faulty TV and have my money back. Was this information helpful? |
