    Dear team,

    This is to bring to your kind attention that i have recently ordered household items but it was completely disaster experience as the food was not contained well & the seal was opened! It seemed someone has opened before parceling. The product is not worth to buy i bought it for family and fully disappointed. Products were mixed-up and spreads on other items as well.

    Pantry packaging were very normal wherein other items were damaged. Few items are safe but not seems useful due to some of items are leakage on that over the products. I didn't understand that being a such a reputed brand in e-commerce how u people can shipped the products as ordinary process.

    I request to you please check and kindly do the needful as soon as possible & which few items are safe please arrange the return as i am highly disappointed and dissatisfaction. I never recommend to anyone.

        I had ordered a pair of blue jeans of denokracy from amazon. I reveived a white kurti. On asking for return they have asked me to self return which i refused. I clearly mentioned that they have to arrange the pick up and they refused to do so.
        I have spoken to their customer service thrice in 2 weeks and they have said they cannot arrange for the pick uo as per policy.
        Firstly this is blunder on their part. Secondly i am a prime customer and a regular customer.. This is not the treatment i expect. Saujanya has asked me to go ahead and complain as i wished.. I want to lodge a complaint against amazon. I need amazon to pick up the wrong item shipped by their vendor as its their fault.
        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        On 24th Feb it is showing refund has been initiated, but I've not received the amount yet.

          Hi,
          I have ordered a product (Bathla stomo 4. Order no[protected]) on 30th jan 2020. It was supposed to be delivered by 5th feb 2020.

          Its exactly 45 days today, till now neither the product is delivered nor my amount is refunded. I have called & had a chat several times but all my efforts are in vain. Nobody bothered to update.

          I have escalated & sent a reminder mail to jeff bezos who is the ceo of amazon. But still no response.

          Pls look into the matter & resolve at the earliest.

            While i booked ticket on that date amazon pay balance offer is that (10 % cash back max. Rs 100)
            But till date im not received any cash back amount

            While i contact with customer support executive she said cash back is adjust to other account i purely said that i have no any other account on amazon, second thing is that if i use this account for transaction then why cash back adjusted to other account.. Even they can not provide any information about that account where they adjusted cash back amount..

            Very poor support and service

            Cant hope this type of experience from amazon

              I was order samsung m31 mobile on pod.
              This complaint is in reference to order no. (Protected) and tracking id (Protected) delivered by your amazon delivery agent mobile no. [protected] delivery made on 13.3.2020.
              My place of residence is in the 2nd road from main road where i live in. The courier delivery agent refuses to delivery the items ordered in the 2nd road and very rudely asked me to come down and collect the items. On my saying that he is suppose to "door deliver" the order he very rudely and curtly said it is not my job that i give your order in your home and i will not deliver in 2nd road. If you want your product so come in main road and take your product.
              Upon my saying that i will have to report to matter to amazon, he retorted that i can report the matter anywhere, but he will not deliver the articles ordered in the in the 2nd road.
              Courier service is of amazon transportation service. This type of rude behavior and arrogant attitude is not acceptable. If amazon can only deliver on the main road, they should clearly mention it in their terms and conditions boldly and significantly so that people not residing on main road may look for alternative options of shopping and ordering.
              The experience is highly disturbing, deplorable and unacceptable. If amazon doesn't look into the matter and take the inept delivery person to task, they will surely loose loyal customers and business.

                I was returning an item an the delivery man took it from my hands gossiping with other mates and then he suddenly refused to take my item because he felt so. Whay does his feelings got to do with my return or exchange or whatever i am doing
                The delivery man is the worst i have ever seen. He threw the product on the ground intentionally.

                The cover of the product is what he threw away refusing to recieve my item and he went away. He had a very much of a menace and unprofessional behaviour

                  I have done transaction on 8/02/2020 of 599 through upi [protected]. [protected]@idfcbank and got refund of 599 from amazon on 12 feb on my upi [protected]. [protected]@idfcbank through refund reference transaction no #[protected] but epaylater is saying bank has not got refund and still charging interest kindly look into matter and do needful. Epaylater is saying that the bank has not got any refund and amazon has give the transaction reference number for refund#[protected] please cross check and give advice to epaylater for payment settlement

                    This product doesn't work. Despite numerous calls and follow-ups there was no help on installation provided. No refund or return done by amazon when promised, the links in messages sent to me by amazon didn't work. It talked about amazon's guarantee and protection for purchase but it was not provided. On follow-ups, i was assured of a response in 2-3 days which never came. Tired of follow-ups and fake assurances. Hard earned money wasted. Time wasted.

                      I ordered this item on 6th of march 2010 and need to deliver on 9th but till now it is not delivered and escalated this to amazon for 6 times but they are not responding properly and not delivering product. It is scheduled for delivery twice and end of the it is not delivering and this amazon people playing with emotions. Please take this on priority.

                        Hi,
                        I had booked a ticket for my friend for noida to lucknow, booked through amazon.
                        I had booked bus through red bus (Fouji travels) and i paid 1499 for that which include a recliner seat with ac service.
                        Bus came late around 1 hour late and it was not a fouji travels (Seems like local bus which no is up17t 9578), there was no recliner seat, ac was not proper working and they were stopping bus so many place just bcoz of they were expecting extra passenger and its cause 4.15 hour late.
                        Now question is that what i get instead of what i had paid for.
                        I had raised complain regarding this but told me they will took action against bus service, but what i get?
                        My friend suffering from serious disease and she is hospitalized right now.

                              I placed an order on the product 13 feb2020 from amazan, its amount was 9149 / -. Amazon initated my refund in 24 feb 2020. Amazon gave me a refund references number (74332740056005523114871) and said 3 to 4 business days are to amount is urs account otherwise contact to your bank i gave the referencing number in bank. I said in my bank, my refund did not come, his reference number is there, he did not track my amount. My amount is 9149/-rupees

                                  This is regarding order[protected] which is planned to deliver today and i tried to contact your customer representative several times and got only one feedback that we will deliver it today.

                                  You guys need to understand that this is an replacement order and i have to carry the return item on daily basis.

                                  And i have last time aslo asked your transport team to deliver it before 5 pm.

                                  And whenever there is reschedule of some item you guys do not even attempt to deliver and send it back directly to seller and i am sure this will happen with this order as well.

                                  Also when your customer representative was not able to provide me with the proper solution and contact of the transportation team, i asked for the complete name so that i cam make complaint but she refused to do so.

                                  Also you guys are waisting my time on eaxh order as i am facing issue with aost each order done using amazon.

                                  Also you team said i will get email that they have escalated the issue but i have not got any email.

                                  Also your team is not able to create the return request properly, i have asked them many time and all they are creating is self pickup. Why you guys are creating self pickup when you guys have delivered the product and not able to deliver the new one from your end.

                                  I need my money back and i am going to raise this issue on consumer forum and also on pg portal so that every one know the kind of service you guys are providing. I also have recording of calls from your customer executive every one telling the different information and not aware of the details.

                                  I made a huge mistake by trusting amazon, pathetic service. Flipkart is way better in providing customer services.

                                      In the item descriptions it was mentioned that it has 4 layers. However the product I received has only 2 layers protection.
                                      Also in the product display it is mentioned that the product can be returned within 10 days, However while applying for return there is a message the product cannot be returned.
                                      AMAZON India had displayed a a wrong product description and gave a false commitment of 10 days return.

                                      I want Amazon to take back the product and return my Money. It is a fake product.

                                        Hello Sir

                                        A return request placed for Amazon Order ID [protected] containing Philips SHE1515BK/94 Upbeat Earphones with Mic (Black) and Syska Power Core 100 P1015B-BK 10000mAH Lithium Polymer Power Bank (Black) on 10th Feb 2020 and scheduled for pick up on 11th Feb 2020.

                                        Amazon Order ID [protected] containing Philips SHE1515BK/94 Upbeat Earphones with Mic (Black) and Syska Power Core 100 P1015B-BK 10000mAH Lithium Polymer Power Bank (Black) has picked up on 11th Feb 2020 around 1 PM by the delivery boy assigned to pickup only the Philips SHE1515BK/94 Upbeat Earphones with Mic (Black). It has been more than 30 days from the date of pickup and now I did not receive any update on the refund status of the Power bank.

                                        Since I did not get any update status for Syska Power Core 100 P1015B-BK 10000mAH Lithium Polymer Power Bank (Black) by 14th Feb 2020, raised a complaint [protected] by amazon support team and they concerned me for a investigation and updation within 7 days. Since I did not get any update, on 25th Feb 2020 again a complaint registered [protected] on the same issue and this time the support team assured me for resolution within 7 days. But since the resolution timeline exceeds, I connected to the support team and they register a new complaint [protected] and assured me for sure resolution by 11th March. Every time I connected Amazon customer service I do not find any cordiality rather asking me to wait for another 7 working days. I have mailed the detailed issue two times on amazon provided customer service mail id [protected]@amazon.in, but did not get any reply.

                                        If an Amazon delivery boy was assigned to pick up a single item, then how would he picked up both the items. If he did so, then why do not he updated and concerned the return process. Then who is responsible for ? And now the Amazon efficient investigation team have no clue on that as it has been a month. In that case on what basis a customer should believe in amazon, it's delivery agent and it's process. I do not understand why a customer will wait for a month, follow up and suffer to get the refund that should be done within 7 days as per amazon policy, which a costumer absolutely deserved for.

                                        If I am not responsible for the miscommunication happened then why would I suffer and why my money is in trouble and why I have to call Amazon customer service team again and again. Since this is an e-commerce platform, Amazon is taking the advantage of irresponsible activity, poor service, denying the fact that leads to an issue, limitless deadline to resolve the issue and finally such kind of backstabbing activity on customer's hard-earned money.

                                        Hence I rest my case and request you to kindly look into my issue. I look forward to your positive response and kind concern.
