Amazon India — Bank offer 1000 rupees not received

I ordered mobile phone iQ00 Z7 pro on 27/2/2024 in which mentioned that, 1000 rupees instant cash, while ordered we confirmed with amazon customer executive and he replied that you will get back after24 hours once you received the mobile, then continue with same but we didn't received still today and even we contacted customer executive and senior but no reply and they told its bank fault ask HDFC bank, why we should ask bank. we ordered through Amazon and offer shows in Amazon website then why they insisting asking bank. its totally wrong trade practice.
i request you to refund 1000 rupees as early as possible or i will go further to next level
