A Big Shopping Day Fraud by the Amazon India
Its a Concern Regarding the Order No. #[protected] placed on 6th May 2015.
Amazon Dilivers a Fault Phone and I Request them to Return the Phone Then on 11th May Amazon India Takes the Faulty Product and Amazon India Said That They Have initiated the Refund of Rs 9349 to my SBI Debit Card on 12th May and They Said me to wait for 4 Buisness Days so that it can be able to see in your account. After that On 18th May I see my Bank Account I didn;t find any transaction related to the order.Then Amazon India Representative Said Provide us the Bank Statement. I have mail them and provide the Bank Statement.
Then they Said Talk to the SBI Care . and provide the Reference No. [[protected]] Used by the Amazon.It was found to be Bocous/Fake by the SBI Bank and SBI Care. Again I call Amazon INDIA Regarding the Same. They Said We can't help you out.
Bank Said me to Tell Amazon to provide a Unique Transaction Reference No..(UTR) which is of 16-22 Digit Code.& .Amazon Provide me a Fake Reference No. [[protected]].
Now Amazon Do not Providing me THe UTR No. of the NEFT Transfer.I have been calling from around 12th May.. Its a worst experience ever. I Have been Herrasing from Day One when i recieve the Fault Product.
Also Amazon India Blocked my calls
Seriously Please Help me Out
