Amazon India — Carrom board refund amount not given

Hi Sir/ Madam,

I was ordering the carromboard product on 15th January 2024 and delivered to me on 23rd January 2024. It is a very small size of the product so based on return policy I was initiated return request on 24th January 2024 but no one came for pickup and again 27th January 2024 return pickup initiated but no one came. Again on 30th January 2024 return request initiated but no one came. Each time I contacted to Amazon support team over the call and they said that they have initiated a enquiry. After that they are saying that return window was closed and nothing will be picked up for the order and no money is going to return.

Note: No pickup agent was called me any time.

Please help me in this to get my full refund amount.
