Hi, I am Bala Subrahmanyam. Recently Micromax has announced a new mobile Yu Yureka which was sold exclusively at "Amazon.in" for a price of Rs.8999/- on 13th Jan 2015 at 2p.m. I was registered and logged 15 minutes before the sale started as suggested by Amazon. All at the sudden 30 seconds before the sale starts the website has went down and we are unable to purchase the product from our computers. But later after sometime I was able to log in to the site from mobiles only. Finally I am able to add the mobile to cart. When I want to checkout I found that price is not 8999 but it is 12499 and there is no information ever on the site regarding this price hike. As there are few stocks I completed the transaction first and contacted customer care regarding the price difference and they said because of some technical issues website has shown wrong price and we are working on this issue. Later when I called again on the other day that is on 14th Jan 2015 they are saying it is not possible to give back the extra charged money back instead if you don't want that mobile at that cost please cancel your order. I have been waiting for this sale since last one and half month, I am regularly visiting this page. I have put my efforts to get this mobile, and now amazon charging extra and not ready to give my money back, instead asking me to cancel the order inspite of help me resolving the issue. Pleas help me in getting my money back.
