I ordered a Redmi Note 3 on December 18th, 2016. the amount of Rs 11, 999 got deducted from my account but my order got cancelled due to unknown reasons. customer care people have no clue of this transaction. But I have the order number which is attached to this complaint. refund my amount within 24 hours.
