I bought a Micromax YU Yureka mobile phone on January, 21, 2015 from Amazon.in, and it was delivered to me on January, 27, 2015. From the very first day of my use i was facing issues in the hardware of the said mobile handset. i.e. the Proximity Sensor wasn't working as well as the phone was constantly over heating causing it to restart.
For the said issue i raised a complaint with the respective Customer Care. in the first week of February and for which the technicians came on February, 11, 2015. and changed the Transceiver of my phone, but even after the change, the issues were still endured. adding to which the side buttons stopped working.
I registered yet another compliant with the said Customer Care Center and i was told to Hard Reset my Device, which i did successfully., but apparently it made no change to the problems i was facing, further on perusal they changed the Transceiver yet again, and the side Buttons started to work again. but this time the one SIM Slot out the Dual SIM Slot, wasn't functioning anymore. I tried a couple of different SIM's on the slot and as per the instructions i again did the Hard Reset, Which made no change to the Situation. I registered a complaint with the Customer Care (Token No. : yu124264)., for which i was told i will receive a Call Back from the Technical Team within 48 hours but now it has been more than 15 days, I haven't heard from them.
Today i again registered the complaint regarding the issue ( Token ID: 28093), but again the irrelevant waiting period of 48 hours is expected it seems they have turned deaf ears to my plight and constant harassment. Mobile is my channel of connectivity as I stay away from my family and friends. I had mentioned it over phone many times yet the insensitivity and letharge shown by the customer over and over has caused me loosing all hope sof resolution. I am hoping Amazon will live upto its brand name and trust, and will get it resolved at the quickest possible time. Was this information helpful? |
