Amazon India — don't buy any mobile from amazon online india site

I purchased one redimi 6 mobile online from amazon india. To my surprised the mobile i received was not according to standard. Hence i called them to take back, amazon. Refused saying their policy is not active to take back.
Hence, i request to all, never buy any mobile from amazon, otherwise your money will go to waste.
Now my money around rs. 11, 000/= gone to waste. Don't buy any mobile from amazon. India.

I have received another person invoice and item with package in my name
I have attached my order details and details of item I have received
Please help me otherwise I have only one option to go in court for this issue and share details with media

Whenever I reset my Amazon I'd they ask a security question after entering the otp in which it is asking of my old SBI card expiry date which I don't know since which is no longer with me.
Please help me out.
