[Resolved]  Amazon India — Failed to deliver the product order

Dear Team, I have ordered a Prestige PWG 03 200-Watt Wet Grinder on 23-Oct-2014 through Amazon.co.in (India site) and the very next day the seller has shipped the product through Amazon Transport services. The product was supposed to deliver on 27-Oct-2014 that is the esteemed delivery date that max they take time to deliver the product to the customer, however I haven't received the product, nor any mail confirmation or reason for the delay of delivery of the product. I have called 5 times since 27-Oct-2014 and spoke to the following Customer Service number agents (Ankith, Venkat, Latha & George) till date. I am sick and tired dealing with Amazon team, they haven't delivered the product to me where in the product is in Hyderabad itself. Whenever I call them they have given an assurance that the product will be delivered by end of the day that i made a call. However till date i.e, , until 05-Nov-2014 till date I haven't received the product and it is still with the Amazon Transport team. There is no proper response from the company and they are cheating people by taking money and not delivering the product. I am tired dealing with this site, hence approached you guys to take legal action against this company. Please find the attached pic for proof of non deliverance that occurred till date.
