I placed a order (ORDER #[protected]. However the same was not delivered to me. when I called customer care they told "there is some problem in logistic & we will definitely solve the issue & request me to allow them to canceled the order". Then they send me a mail ( paste below this draft) requesting to place a new order for the same product & promised me to deliver the product on time & I was also booked an order (ORDER #[protected]
However this time also the product was not deliver & now they are going to refund my money. Now I have a doubt that AMAZON simply invest our money for 10 to 15 days & after that they will return back the money to us. This is purely cheating.
Sir, Imagine for example if 10000 people will purchase at least a Rs1000 product & will cheat like me then AMAZON invest 1, 00, 00000 (Rs1cr) of people money for their benefit for 10 to 15 days. Sir, this is a pure case of fraud & you should look into the matter.
