Amazon India — I Have not got my order but status is delivered so I want my payment back

Grievance Details :
Seller has sent me delivery receipt in which AWB bill number is same but entire shipment details is all different due to which my status is showing delivered .When i track AWB number in the Delhivery Logistic Company office then we know its different. The seller is cheap & fraud attempt they didn't ever shipped the product, updated wrong pickup & tracking information on website that's why my status is show delivered. I have many company in the amazon customer care they still not solve my concern
