Amazon India — Item not delivered after 1 8 days of Due Date

I have ordered a Philips QT4000/15 Trimmer from Amazon India on 13th of October and was told the item will be delivered by 22nd of October 14 but its 30th of Oct and the item is still yet to be delivered. Please look into this matter. Shibli Shabaz [protected]
