I Have been a regular customer of Amazon for nearly 10 years. However, the present experience has been very much disappointing.
I had given 3 orders on 9/10/2023 –
1st order (last 4 digits4336) comprised of 2 bed sheets. The 2 bedsheets were delivered in a single package.
2nd order (last 4 digits 6736) comprised of 11 bedsheets. Only 1 bedsheet (pink-green floral) was packed in the package, whereas the sticker pasted on the package displayed the weight as 7.85 kg. From the single sealed package 10 bed sheets were missing.
3rd order (last 4 digits 0730) comprised of 5 bed sheets. Only 1 bedsheet (blue floral) was packed in the packet, whereas the sticker pasted on the package displayed the weight as 3.68 kg. From this packet 4 bedsheets were missing.
I raised the dispute same evening. I was assured of an investigation and that it will be completed in 4 days. The cost of smaller package of 4 bedsheets was refunded.
I further complained about 10 missing bed sheets. There were different “specialist team” who dealt the case and finally came to the conclusion that they can do nothing in the matter.
I have the packages with address and other Amazon stickers. The size of the packet itself is an evidence that only 1 bedsheet was packed, however at your web portal there is no mechanism where a customer can show the packet size by photograph or video.
This is abysmal state of affairs a prime customer experiencing with prestigious house like Amazon. I do not know if this feedback will be read by someone who really cares about Amazon.
