Amazon refusing the replacement

I have purchased micomax canvas 6 pro (E484) from amazon on 24 jan 2017 and on, 24 Feb 2017 my battery got bulged due to the mobile/device internal heating problem.When i am using the
phone it got heated up and battery is buldged/damaged. and discussed this with amazon they said you have to contact micromax for this since their support window is closed so i have contacted micromax service center.
It has just one month for purchase and how come your service center is denying the warrenty.

It's device/mobile internal fault which heated up and damaged the battery so you have to consider the warrenty.Replacing new battery will not going to fix the problem since the problem resides in moblie device itself.It may again heat up and cause battery damage.I want total mobile replaced.
I contacted back to amazon and they told me to get DOA or denial letter but micromax simply denies saying that our warrenty does not cover this so we cannot give any letter.
I told amazon to arrange revese pick up and get it cleared with manufacturer but they simply dening doing this.
Amazon is providing such worst service, they know it covers warrenty but not getting it resolved by doing at their end.
