I have prepared a word file compiling the entire communication with Amazon... The entire communication has been pasted here for your ready reference... If one goes through the word file, it would be easier for him/her to understand it...

Dear Ishaq
You seem to have overlooked my mail dated 09/04/2015, the excerpts from which are reproduced below for your perusal:-
I did refuse the delivery as I had changed my mind but the parcel still reached our place and my younger brother had to take it as your delivery person convinced him to receive the parcel and raise a return request later... He also said that if we refused the order like that, Amazon would not deliver anything to us in future... So, my younger brother paid for the parcel and took it... At that very moment I raised a return request and the parcel was picked up, but no receipt was given to us...

To Arvind Kumar
This is to inform you that a package from your order with order ID[protected], shipped via FEDEX, is being returned to our Fulfilment Centre.
Orders can be returned for a number of reasons including lack of address information or failed delivery attempts. Labels can also become smudged or torn in transit rendering the delivery address incomplete.
If you've already paid for the order, we will initiate a full refund once the package is received at our Fulfilment Centre. We will send you an email once we process the refund.
Unfortunately, we're unable to re-dispatch orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still want these items, we'd suggest that you return to our website and place a new order.
If you need to change an existing delivery address for future orders, please update your address book via Your Account.
