[Resolved]  Amazon India — No Delivery of product

I ordered a Mobile phone worth 6699 at Amazon.in on 2nd of Dec and it is 17 Dec today they have not delivered the order the customer service is terrible they dont give clear answer to any question no follow up on complaints. I have had a very bad experience shopping on Amazon beware dont buy anything its a very bad for such a big company. They should have not used Indiapost in the first place of for sending consumer item for that which consumer already paid its cheating customer and there is no purchase safety and guaranty that they bost in their advertisement dont buy anything from there.
