Sir/ma'am,
I ordered a product on 29th october but due to product issues I tried to cancel it during shipping but I couldn't and I recieved a message that it could only be returned but due to my horror when I received the product I couldn't return it via a delivery person, No delivery person came as per amazon policy. My question to amazon is why do amazon keep decieving the customers like this. I always order only from amazon and its with issues like this many customers are not happy with amazon.
Please help me with my issue at earliest so that we the customers can gain trust again.
