I purchased a refregerator of Amazon Basics in 2022 and also purchased the extended warranty. My freeze is not working anymore and i filed a complaint to amazon customer care. they say that someone will come tomorrow and its been a month no body has come. I am fed up and want a quick resolution on this. my order id :[protected], amt : 51, 999 order date : 21-Dec-2021.
When i ask for a service request on warranty on amazon, they automatically cancel my order.
