Updated by Abhisheks.285 Hi, I have purchased a Lenovo A536 (White) from Amazon on 15th October. I was notified that the order will be delivered on or before 27th October. It is 27th and I have neither received my order nor have I been intimated of the reason for delay or a revised date of delivery. When I checked the Aramex website, I found out that the consignment details are not valid and the tracking no.is invalid. I have no idea what is happening with amazon, for over 10 days now. Upon calling the Amazon Customer Service dept., I was told that my complaint has been escalated and that they cant assure the date of delivery. It has been over 2 days and I am yet to receive a call as promised. My order ID[protected] Kindly make sure that i receive a compensation on this order for their delay of product..
