[Resolved]  Amazon India — Not receiving my order no.[protected] on order do. 27/11/2014

I have given the payment online to Amazon India but I have not received yet my order of Amazon India order no.[protected] ordered dated 27th November 2014. I had called your customer care and had sent email but till now there is no action from your end. As mentioned dtdc tracking no Z40000355 in your email, the tracking shows it was delivered to an unknown and wrong person Mr P Kubawat. How can this be possible where as my home delivery address is 12/3, Patel colony, Jamnagar. Seeking your prompt action to solve this issue on urgent basis.
