Amazon India — Order #[protected] : Ordered 3 received 1 and customer support says 'I am a liar'.

I ordered 3 pieces of Jockey 1615 (2 white and 1 black) from Amazon on 16-Aug-2024. The package was delivered to me on 18-Aug-2024 but it had just on piece (white). I mean rather then getting 3 pieces, I only got one.
A complaint for this issue was raised with Amazon as soon as the package was delivered on 18-Aug-2024 and I was told that the same will be resolved by 23-Aug-2024. Nobody reached out to for any clarifications and when I reached out to Amazon for follow-up on 24-Aug-2024, they said the complaint has been closed with status as "No further action/ clarification possible".
Also the customer care guy said that I am a liar, so I also want to file a defamation case against Amazon.
I want Refund of ~ Rs. 1258 or re-shipping of one white + one black Jockey 1615 34C + compensation for the stress and defamation
