Hi dear,
My complain is against amazon india.
I ordered oneplus 5t (8gb ram, 128 gb memory) and received iphone 6s plus. I logged request for return and i was assured that i will get the right phone this time. Both time delivery team came with wrong phone. I can understand that it could be a mistake for first time but wrong phone was delivered second time too. It is simply harassment. Amazon is just fooling people. Their seller is fooling customers [rocket kommerce llp].
Even after delivering wrong phone, the status against my order says:
"delivered wednesday
Package was handed directly to the customer.
The delivery receipt was signed by"
I challenge this as nothing has been signed.
After contacting customer services, they acknowledged that it is a mistake and same they confirmed from courier team too. However, they are not willing to correct their mistake and harassing by delaying this refund process.
I want my money to be refunded and for all other accessories i bought for the phone; including cancellation and refund of prime membership fee.
