Hello,
I have ordered "Asus Zenfone 5(Pearl White, 16GB)"(Order[protected] from Amazon of dealer“NIDI COMPUTER & MOBILE SERVICES” on 8th Aug 2014. I have called the customer care two times for reminder:
1) 14th Aug 2014:On this call I was told that I will receive my order before 22ndAug 2014.
2) 20th Aug 2014:The executive gave me an assurance that I will be receiving my order and she will contact with dealer and forwarded me an email.
On 21st Aug 2014 I received an email from “[protected]@amazon.com” with subject “Your Amazon.in order[protected] has been cancelled”. I called the customer care questioning the reason for cancellation of my order. The executive and seniors give me answer that we do not have stock available for this product.
Below are main question answer with customer care:
Me: How it is possible I can order product without stock?
CCE/SCCE: There is some software problem.
Me: Amazon do not check stock on daily basis because they got to know after 14 days?
CCE/SCCE: They don’t know answer for this question
After 22nd Aug 2014, I called Amazon Customer Care 4 to 5 times and was informed that I will be receiving coupons worth Rs.5000/- in my Amazon account.
After which on calling them again regarding the coupons, they just kept delaying the time line, first I was informed I will receive a call within 24 hrs. However, when I contacted them after 2 days I was informed they will call back within 1 hrs. They are just delaying and not providing me with the coupons.
I request you to look into this issue.
I am waiting for reply.
