I had placed 3 orders (Order no[protected]) on 21st june 19 from amazon india which is suppose to get delivered on 28th june19 and payment of the same well made in advance and on 29th when product not delivered i checked the status calling customer care and she said product is lost in transit and advised me to place a replacement for the same, so it did but after 2 days when i checked the status on app it shows
"will email you expected date of delivery" and on 3rd of july when i rechecked the status ti still showing the same hence i called amazon executive to understand the issue and got a revert that "i suggest to cancel this order and refund will get back credited in credit card (Partial - the portion i paid from credit card) and amazon pay balance (Partial - the portion i paid from amazon pay), so i did but after 2 days when i checked status of refund i was shocked to see that app is still showing the order is pending and after long debate with your executive, i got a confirmation mail from"balachander j"assuring me that trouble ticket raised and it will get resolved and i will get my refund back in original payment way (In credit card and amazon pay) with in 3 working day i. E.10th july 19. Whereas when i rechecked the status of refund on 9th july 19 i was very much shocked and got impatient because app still showing the order is pending and i called to amazon pay to understand that probelm than mr. Keshav was the new person came on line and i explained entire story again and after that he confirmed/assured me that my refund is already initiated and stuck in bank gateway will wait till end of 10th july to get credit in my account whereas when i asked if the refund is initiated already and stuck at gateway than what about amazaon pay refund which ideally take 24 hrs to get credit back in my account why that's not happen, he replied"i request you to wait till 10th july end of day it will get resolved".
As mr. Keshav assured me i waited till 10th july and i called in 11th morning to amazon executive, mr harish cam on line and he told me the same story what mr. Keshav has said earlier on 9th july and took long time to hold and checked internally what is the issue but in vain he is unable to understand the problem where the refund is stuck and he said he tried calling seniors but not able to get connected and you will receive a call after sometime with an update but he clearly understood what i said that if refund initiated and it stuck at gatewy than also my amazon pay balance got updated but still he had limited resources hence after 15 minutes i receive a call from his side and he asked me to wait 2 more days to figure out the point of error, having no choice i said ok but i feel like cheated from amazon because my hard earned money has gone and no one bothering to refund back that money
Please help me to get back my money with compensation or time cost for following up all these.
