I purchased a Cason CS6 action camera from Amazon India, but I noticed that it was damaged within one month of purchase. The product does not have adequate customer service care, and they denied service warranty without providing a denial letter. Amazon India has hidden the carried warranty and does not have customer support with calling or mail facilities. This brand only has WhatsApp support, which is not mentioned in the Amazon product listing. This valuable information is misleading customers, and I feel cheated by Amazon India. I need a resolution - either take this product back and give me a refund or I will go for legal action
