Amazon India — Refund of amount Rs 18,999

I have ordered a samsung phone of Rs 18, 999 from amazon india but due to some circumstances it has been returned but the amount has not been refunded into my Indian bank account and the bank manager is saying that they haven't received any money and the Amazon executives are saying that they have refunded it. So kindly confirm that where the amount is?
