I had ordered 2 Herbalife Multi vitamin Mineral and Herbal tablets on 14.06.2015 evening. The payment using S.B.T debit card was failed due to net connectivity error. And that order was cancelled placed with Black Casurina. The same item was ordered on the same day [ order no.[protected]] with My shop Ayurveda and payment was done successfully using I.D.B.I debit card. The item was delivered on 24.06.2015 and I happy with the speed delivery of item. On 25.06.2015, it was noticed by me that an amount of Rs.2424/- was transferred from my S.B.T account on 15.06.2016 to Amazon.in account, in the next day after i cancelled the order. Yesterday (25.06.2015) i chat with Amazon.in officials. The denied my request saying that they have not received the amount. Today (26.06.2015) i approach S.B.T Perumbavoor branch and request their help. They explain me that the amount was transferred to Amazon.in account vide POS no.[protected] Jl.No.[protected]. It was not fare for Amazon India to deny customer request without much enquirey. " Sourav Kumar" It may the name of the person i chat with yesterday is not eligible for such a customer related post. I request early refund of my money to the account..or I am forced to approach consumer court for justice.
