Amazon India — Refund of Money..

I order High sierra backpack from amazon india, order date is 15/05/2015. tge delivery done on 17/05/2015 in the afternoon time. i pay the amount of rupees 995 only via debit card. on 1st attempt payment was unsuccessful shown in their debit machine. .after few second the delivery man again try and this time payment was successfully done of Ruppes 995. but when i looked into my Hdfc bank account statement their shown that amazon india debit two time amount for the same item. .and i got charge extra 995 rupees from bank and Amazon india. i launch the complaint regarding this in amazon but they didn't give me return my extra amount. Please help me for getting back my amount 995 Ruppes as soon as possible
