Item returned by amazon on 3rd October 9:50pm and today its been 16days still not received refund for it. Amazon customer care saying they haven't received item back. I even have cctv footage of it

And ya let me tell you as you see in cctv footage the amazon pickup agent wearing bunty name tshirt also having pickup sticker . Kindly look into this matter asap and check whr is my parcel. hope i get resolution soon on serious basis else i am gone
upload this footages of youtube and make sure viral scam from amazon.
Amazon ove 4500rs which is not small amount.
