Amazon India — Replacement issue not satisfied

I have placed an order of Beardo trimmer for Rs.1619 on 29th december 2023, the order which i received few days later was a used product, with missing accessories (comb), also one attachment is same insterd of a large trimmer head (photos are provided) . Hence on the same day i raised a complain regarding the same and they have initiated a replacement for it. After few more days when the delivery guy arrived at my location with the replacement product, he didn't bother to deliver the product and he cancelled for unknown reasons. From that day till now i haven't received any updates from the delivery guy or amazon.
