Amazon India — Return payment

I have booked a item on Amazon.The order details are as:
1) Order no.[protected], dated 28 Feb 2025, value Rs.2749/-
2) Item was delivered on 05 Mar 2025.In good condition.
3) As item was not meeting our requirement.We put a request for return pick-up.
4) On apporval, item was picked up on 07 Mar 2025 by Mr. Arsad Khan on 07 Mar 2025 at 17.40 Hrs. We have CCTV footage too.
05) Today it is 21 Mar 2025 and we have not got any refund till date.
