[Resolved]  Amazon India — return picked up but amazon is not ready to refund my rs 34, 000

I had ordered Ray ban glasses of Rs 34, 000 which was picked up for return on 09-Jun-2024. It's been more than 10 days, and I have not yet receieved refund. Previously it was displaying on the Amazon account that refund will be issued once they receive the item. Today (20-Jun-2024), it is showing in the refund status that product is lost in transit.

Is it my fault? Why Amazon is not issuing the refund.

This is total fraud. They picked up the product, now they are saying that is not matching. This is lingering since 1.5 months now.

Please help me in this regards. Seller is total fraud.
