Firstly, I want to bring to your attention that I suspect orders are being intentionally returned for various reasons because our location is a bit far from the city. It seems representatives, agents, or local service providers don't want to spend time delivering to this area and are therefore returning the products with false reasons on the portal. This has also happened to our neighbors, who had to rebook 3 or 4 times to finally receive their products.
In my case, I ordered 2 geysers with ORDER #[protected]. I received a call from an agent stating that the wrong pincode was entered and the order could not be delivered, asking me to cancel and reorder. After correcting the pincode and reordering, the product was returned again Order#[protected], this time with the reason that it was damaged (as informed by an Amazon agent). I find it suspicious that they knew it was damaged without delivering it.
I believe this could be a fraudulent activity to avoid traveling 5-6 kms for delivery. Neighbors have reported that only small products are delivered promptly, while larger items require multiple reorders.
FYI: I have ordered once again to check whether this also gets return or delivered - ORDER #[protected]

I request the respective teams to review the return history for the 517507 or 517505 Mallamgunta area in Tirupati and take appropriate action if any discrepancies are found, as many people are facing similar issues. Alternatively, if this cannot be resolved, please consider removing this pincode from Amazon's delivery areas to prevent further inconvenience.
