I order symphony diet 22I cooler on 24.04.2018 and the cooler arrived Hyderabad on 28.04.2018 thru courier GATI services at branch patancheru. my home(hafezpet, miyapur) is 10 kms from patancheru, But I got my cooler on 04.05.201. I am started using my cooler but after 10 days I got bad and dirty smell so, I call to amazon but amazon told me to complaint to symphony. So I locked complaint to symphony and after 2 days symphony service person came and open cooler for cleaning. After open cooler I absorbed some damage in cooler inside and ask to symphony person but he told me, it is not damage. So I spoke to symphony Hyderabad service head Mr.trimuthy ([protected]), he told me that it come like that only done at manufacturing. So I mail to amazon person and I got reply from amazon that amazon return window for item expired on 13 may 2018 and we won’t be able to accept the item back. so many times rise the complaint not responding properly.
